What is the Angel Rewards Programme?
Angel Rewards is a select trial loyalty programme currently being tested with a pre-chosen group of customers. Participants move through exclusive tiers as they make purchases, gaining access to insider opportunities, early previews, and unique experiences.
How do I join Angel Rewards?
It's super easy to join! All eligible customers will receive an invitation via email. You need to make sure you're signed up to marketing on the same email as the one you use to log into your Victoria's Secret account.
What is the enrolment process and timeline?
After signing up, you will receive a second email within 48 hours requesting your date of birth. Once this is provided, you will officially be enrolled in the loyalty programme.
Angel Tip: Without your date of birth, we’re unable to activate the rewards programme.
How can I check my tier status?
Great question! You can view the details of your current tier by logging into your Victoria’s Secret account. You will also receive email notifications whenever your tier status changes.
Who can become a member?
Who is eligible to join the Angel Rewards Loyalty Programme?
To become a member, you must be a resident of the UK and be 18 years of age or older.
Is an email subscription required for membership?
Yes. Membership is tied to your email marketing status. Because our rewards and updates are delivered via email, we ask for you to remain subscribed to our amazing marketing emails in order to stay in the programme.
Please Note: If you choose to unsubscribe from our emails, your Angel Rewards membership will be automatically terminated.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership year is a 12-month period that begins the moment you enrol. After your first year, your membership will continue on a rolling 12-month basis.
How do I move to the next Tier?
You will move through the tiers based on your qualifying orders. To reach a new level, you must spend at least £50 on full-price items. See below for full details:

What counts as a "Qualifying Purchase"?
We want to make sure every gorgeous find gets you closer to your rewards! To reach your £50 goal, keep these tips in mind:
- Full Price Items: Only our full-price beauties count toward your goal. While we all love a sale, those clearance steals won’t contribute to your total.
- Shop Your Way: Whether you’re browsing the aisles of our UK stores or treating yourself from your sofa online, your purchases will count!
- Don’t Forget the E-Receipt! This is a big one: when shopping in-store, be sure to request an e-receipt at the till. This is the only way we can link your haul to your account. Without an e-receipt, your purchase won’t be added to your total value!
- Gift Cards: Buying a gift card is a lovely gesture, but it doesn’t count toward your goal. Spending a gift card on your favorite full-priced bras, beauty, and loungewear definitely does!
Angel Tip: Ensure the email address you provide for your e-receipt is the same one linked to your account so your total updates seamlessly.
What items are excluded from my Tier progress?
While we’d love for everything to count, there are a few exceptions to keep in mind. The following do not contribute toward your purchase value or Tier progress:
- Sale & Clearance: Those amazing finds from our sale and clearance sections are excluded.
- Discounted Items: Any pieces purchased using a promotional code or a special discount.
- Delivery Charges: The cost of shipping your online orders to your door.
- Gift Card Purchases: The initial purchase of a Gift Card (though remember, spending one on full-priced items counts!).
Angel Tip: To keep your progress moving forward, focus on our latest full-priced collections and don't forget to ask for that e-receipt in-store!
What happens to my status if I return an item?
We hope you love everything about your new Victoria’s Secret haul, but if they’re not quite right - not to worry! Just keep in mind that if you return an item or cancel an order, that value will be deducted from your Full Price Purchase Value. Please note:
Although we will adjust your tier immediately, you might not see this reflected on your account for up to 28 days
Angel Tip: To stay in your current Tier, your total spend (excluding returns) must remain above the threshold. You can always check your current balance in your Victoria’s Secret account.
How do I claim my Free Standard Delivery?
Eligible members receive one Free Standard Delivery reward per membership year on orders with a minimum basket value of £50.
Angel Tip: Since this benefit is strictly limited to one use per year, we recommend saving it for your favourite big haul!
How does the 10% Birthday Discount work?
We love to celebrate with you! To make sure your annual treat arrives in your inbox, please ensure your account meets the following:
- Stay in the Loop: You must be opted-in to our email marketing so we can send the treat your way.
- Qualifying Spend: You’ve made at least £50 in full-price purchases within the last 12 months.
- Save the Date: Ensure you have registered your Date of Birth or a "Special Day" within your account settings.
The Details: This discount is valid for a single transaction and, while we love a promotion, it cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
